Compressed Non-Asbestos Gasket Sheeting

Anchor Seals, Inc. can supply customized, pre-cut gaskets from any of the listed sheeting material below.

See our specification table for compressed non-Asbestos gasket sheeting for service applications, maximum & continuous temperatures, PSIG, and compressible ability.

Compressed Non-Asbestos Products

403: Treated cellulose fiber material impregnated with a protein glue and glycerin binder. General purpose gasket material. UL listed.

408: A blended rubber and cellulose fiber medium density beater addition material. Demonstrates good resistance to oils and water coolants and salt solutions.

3760: Proprietary compound creates additional gasket load when gasket comes in contact with oil or water. Twice as compressible as standard fiber gaskets. Conforms to irregular surfaces.

2900/3000: General service for water / aliphatic hydrocarbons / oils / gasoline.

3200/3400: General service for water along with saturated steam and inert gases. (Style 3200 meets MIL-G-24696B)

IFG-5500: General service inorganic fiber offers excellent thermal stability with minimum weight loss. Reduced creep relaxation and improved torque retention. Services water / aliphatic hydrocarbons / oils / gasoline / saturated steam / inert gases / most refrigerants.

15: Flexible graphite provides excellent thermal stability along with oxidation and corrosion resistance; very low creep relaxation and conforms to surface irregularities. Can be nuclear certifiable.

ST-706: Inorganic fibers offer superior performance in saturated and super-heated steam. Minimizes cold flow and creep relaxation problems. In addition, services oils / grease / water / heat-transfer fluids.

2000: Woven compressed graphite foil for sealing new and worn flanges. Works for cryogenic services. Eliminates spiral leak path associated with spiral wound gaskets and works exceptionally well in thermal-cycling applications. Puts flanges back in compliance by filling in scratches and pores and steam cuts with flexible graphite. Uses include: manhole and hand-hole / diesel exhaust / turbine crossover / heat ex-changers applications.

HTC-9800: Carbon fiber excels in harshest conditions (i.e., heat / high pressure / saturated steam / hot oils). Laboratory tested for fire safety. Superior torque retention lowers leakage rates.

HTC-9850: Carbon fiber excels in harshest conditions (i.e., heat / high pressure / saturated steam / hot oils). Laboratory tested for fire safety. Superior torque retention lowers leakage rates. In addition, services aliphatic hydrocarbons / oils / gasoline / most refrigerants.

G-9900: Graphite fiber withstands extreme temperatures and pressures and significantly reduces emissions. ABS fire safe type approved and maintains superior seal during thermal cycling even in saturated steam and hot oils. Services saturated steam / water / inert gases / aliphatic hydrocarbons / oils / gasoline / most refrigerants.
