Construction
Copper and graphite based compound in a high heat resistant carrier. Water resistant, with anti-oxidant properties that resist seizing and galling while protecting against rust and corrosion. Non-dripping, non-hardening, and allows easy disassembly.

Construction
Aluminum, copper, and graphite based anti-seize compound, with ultra fine metallic and graphite particles suspended in a special carrier to form a protective film. Resists washout, burn-off, and corrosion.

Construction
100 percent RTV silicone multi-purpose, single component adhesive sealant that quickly adheres to most surfaces and cures in 24 hours to a resilient rubber that resists shrinking, cracking, weather, ozone, chemicals, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures.

As a sealer and caulk, useful for sealing heating and ventilating ducts, cracks or gaps around windows, vents, doors, machinery, truck cabs, trailers, fixtures, lights, walls, bathtubs, and sinks, and for waterproofing electrical connections and boxes. Seals out water from compartments in machinery and seals holes where wire, tubing, or refrigeration lines run through walls.
As a flexible adhesive, RTV silicone easily bonds dissimilar materials, providing excellent adhesion to clean metal, glass, wood, ceramic, porcelain, painted, and many plastic surfaces.
As a specialty sealant, RTV silicone seals or coats components exposed to moisture, vibration, shock, certain fuels, oils, solvents, chemicals, and corrosives for long periods of time. Useful as a formed-in-place gasket where irregular shapes and harsh conditions reject ordinary seals, and for repairing electrical insulation, sealing insulators, and sealing entrance ports to transformers.

Resists water washout, heavy loads, and pressure, with excellent mechanical stability, great cold temperature pumpability, and oxidation, rust, and corrosion stability. Will not pound out. Red for easy identification.

All Fluid Sealing ProductsWhat is the difference between COP-GRAF and Anti-Seize Special?
Both are QMI anti-seize compounds for threaded connections and flanges. COP-GRAF is a copper and graphite compound rated to 1800°F that resists seizing, galling, rust, and corrosion and stays non-dripping and non-hardening. Anti-Seize Special adds aluminum to the copper and graphite, is rated to 2000°F, and is formulated to resist washout and burn-off under extreme heat, pressure, and contamination.
Can AST-RTV silicone replace a cut gasket?
Yes, as a formed-in-place gasket where irregular shapes and harsh conditions reject ordinary seals. It cures in 24 hours to a resilient rubber rated -85°F to 450°F. For flanges with a defined gasket standard, a cut gasket from our gasket shop is still the first choice, and we can advise which fits your joint.
Which AST-RTV color should I use?
Clear, white, blue, and black are general purpose. Hi-Temp is for the upper end of the temperature range, Food Grade White for food contact areas, and Neutral Cure Clear for electronics and sensitive metals where an acetic cure could cause corrosion.
Where is Red Grease the right lubricant?
Anywhere a bearing, U-joint, or coupling sees water, mud, heavy load, or cold weather: mining, construction, agriculture, logging, dredging, truck fleets, material handling, offshore drilling, and pulp and paper machines. It resists water washout and will not pound out under heavy loads.
