Virtek LaserQC Scanner
Our new facility now has a Virtek LaserQC scanner. This scanner enables us to take one of your existing gaskets and, instead of trying to recreate it, accurately scan and create an exact replication right here in our shop.
The Virtek scanner is a rapid inspection system that uses lasers to measure two-dimensional parts with extreme accuracy, to tolerances within 0.05 mm (0.002 inches).

Same day or next day for standard gaskets in compressed non-asbestos, red rubber, neoprene, Buna-N, FDA and NSF61 potable water materials, high temperature boiler feed materials, and flexible graphite.
Can you copy a gasket I already have?
Yes. Bring or send us the existing gasket and our Virtek LaserQC scanner measures it to within 0.05 mm (0.002 inches). We cut an exact replication in our own shop, with no hand tracing.
What if I do not have a drawing or a sample?
Send us the flange size, pressure class, service, and temperature and we will size the gasket to the standard, or our field service team can measure the joint on site.
Do you cut custom and non-standard shapes?
Yes. Our complete gasket facility custom makes flange gaskets to your plant's specific needs in non-asbestos sheet, vegetable fiber, Teflon, GYLON, synthetic rubbers, Gore-Tex, and metal. See Value Added Services for the full list.
